What is included?

Every package includes unlimited booth sessions, instant prints, digital sharing, photos, GIFs and boomerangs, an online gallery, a professional booth attendant, and full setup and teardown. Signature and above add a premium backdrop and additional hours.
Do you offer photo keychains?

Yes. With the Keepsake and Signature packages, guests can purchase photo keychains individually at the event for $5 per keychain, or you can add the Photo Keychain Station for $125 so guests make unlimited keychains at no cost to them. The Memento Experience includes the Photo Keychain Station at no additional charge.
How much space is needed?

We recommend roughly a 10 ft x 10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet within about 20 feet. We can work with tighter spaces — just let us know your venue layout and we will plan around it.
Do you travel?

Yes. Travel within Waukesha County is included. Outside of Waukesha County we charge $1.50 per mile, one way. We regularly serve events across Southeast Wisconsin.
How do I reserve my date?

Submit an inquiry with your event details. Once we confirm availability, we send a contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer invoice. Your date is reserved as soon as both are complete.
Can I customize my print design?

Absolutely. Every event receives a custom print template designed around your colors, names, and event date. We share a proof before your event so you can approve it.
Do guests receive unlimited prints?

Yes — guests can use the booth as many times as they like, and every session prints. The Memento Experience package also includes extra print copies so each person in a group photo can take one home.
